This Privacy Policy explains how Loopfield collects, uses, and retains information when you visit this reference website. Loopfield is an independent informational directory that publishes descriptions of browser games and links to external platforms where those games are hosted. We do not operate games ourselves, and we do not process payments or user accounts.
Server Logs and Technical Data
When your browser loads a page on Loopfield, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server log entries, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the page requested. These logs exist solely for security monitoring and diagnosing server errors. Log data is retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted. We do not use this data to build visitor profiles or identify individuals.
Information You Provide Voluntarily
If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we receive and store the message content and any personal details you choose to include, such as your name and email address. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry. Correspondence related to a closed inquiry is retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved, then permanently deleted. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your message with third parties.
No Analytics or Tracking
Loopfield does not use website analytics services, advertising networks, or any form of visitor tracking. No cookies are set by this website, and no persistent identifiers are stored in your browser. Pages are delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network, which may process request data in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy practices solely to route traffic reliably.
External Game Platforms
Each game entry on Loopfield links to an external platform where that game is actually hosted and playable. Once you follow such a link, you leave Loopfield and are subject exclusively to the privacy policy and terms of the destination platform. Loopfield has no visibility into, and no control over, the data practices of those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external platform before playing.
Data Security and Storage
Data we retain is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. We apply reasonable technical measures appropriate to the nature and volume of the data we hold. Because we retain very limited data and no user accounts, our exposure is correspondingly narrow. Upon a verified deletion request, relevant personal data is permanently removed without undue delay.
