What Data We Collect

When you visit Gridwire, our web server automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you request. These server logs are generated by routine infrastructure operation and are not linked to any personal profile.

How Long Logs Are Kept

Server log entries are retained for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically. No log data is sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect only the information you choose to share — typically your email address and message content. Correspondence related to a specific inquiry is kept for up to 12 months after that inquiry is closed, then permanently deleted.

Cookies and Tracking

Gridwire does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Because no cookies are placed, no consent banner is shown. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network, which may process anonymised traffic metrics at the infrastructure level without placing cookies on your device.

External Game Platforms

Each game entry on Gridwire links to an independent third-party platform where that game is hosted and played. Once you follow one of those links, you leave Gridwire entirely and the privacy policy of the destination platform governs what data is collected from you. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, the data practices of those external services.

How We Use Collected Data

Server log data is used solely to maintain the technical operation and security of the site — for example, to diagnose errors or identify unusual traffic patterns. Voluntary correspondence data is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not used for marketing.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. Because we collect very little personal data by design, most visitors have no stored personal information beyond transient server logs. The games described here are hosted on third-party platforms such as CrazyGames. We do not host the games ourselves. Game titles, logos and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and of those platforms.
