Contact usWhat Data We Collect
When you visit Pixel Dispatch, our web server automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps. These server logs are generated by every web server and are not linked to any personal identity. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personal details unless you choose to provide them voluntarily.
Voluntary Correspondence
If you contact us through our published contact address — for example, to suggest a game listing or report an error — we receive only the information you include in your message, such as your name and email address. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and keep no marketing records from it. Correspondence records are retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is closed, then permanently deleted.
Server Logs Retention
Automatically collected server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted. During that window they may be used to diagnose technical faults, prevent abuse, and maintain site availability. They are not used to build user profiles or track individual browsing behaviour across sessions.
Cookies and Tracking
Pixel Dispatch does not use cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers of any kind. Pages are delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network, which routes traffic efficiently without setting cookies on your device. Because no tracking technologies are in use, no cookie consent banner or preference panel is presented.
External Gaming Platforms
Each game listed on Pixel Dispatch is hosted by a third-party platform — such as a browser game portal or developer website. When you follow a link to one of those platforms, you leave Pixel Dispatch and enter a service governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We have no access to any data those platforms may collect and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external platform before playing.
Data Security
The limited technical data we handle is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel. We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of data processed. Any personal data provided in correspondence is permanently and irreversibly deleted once the retention period ends.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. Because we retain only server logs and voluntary correspondence, the scope of such requests is inherently limited. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided at the end of this document.
